After attending Maximising Impact, I took the plunge and gave my train the trainer course a brain friendly makeover.
I had just finished setting up the room (gallery, table toys, Tables around the outside of the room, Posters, sweets and health snacks etc) on Wednesday morning when the centre administrator walked in. She stopped short and said "My God, I don't recognise this room, I don't know what the course is but I wish I was on it!" Just the reaction I wanted.
When the delegates arrived they were equally gobsmacked and it set a very positive and energising dynamic for the whole programme.
Just wish I'd remembered to take a picture to share with you!
