hello
A client has just asked for recommendations for books on:
team building and
handling difficult people

I shall first of all suggest renaming 'difficult people' something like 'people who are behaving in a way that is not helpful right now' and then my immediate suggestions from the top of my head are:

NLP at work - Sue Knight
Assertiveness at Work by Ken and Kate Back

What would you recommend?
